SHIPPING POLICY
Welcome to Withered Hand Electronic Audio Effects! Our shipping policy is designed to provide you with the best possible experience when ordering our effect pedals. We typically use USPS, with quick shipping and secure packaging. If you have any questions about our shipping policy, please feel free to contact us. Your satisfaction is our priority.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any questions about your effect unit please reach out via pedals@witheredhandfx.com. We have a 7 day return policy counted from date of delivery. Upon receipt you will be refunded via Paypal. We will not refund via any other means.
WARRANTY
Every Withered Hand Effect Unit comes with a lifetime warranty. If it breaks, I want to know the point of failure so I can improve on the design going forward. Once your pedal is received, a replacement unit will be mailed out and the failure analyzed. Please send an email to witheredhandfx@gmail.com with the title 'WARRANTY CLAIM - [PEDAL]'
